Hey, I just reached level four (I'm a noob) and I'm working on my second flash animation, which is going to be much better than the first (that one let me learn about the blam feature). So I decided that I'd post some of my recent art on newgrounds seeing as not many people post images on their profiles. Its just coming up for comment, I guess I just want some traffic on my profile before I release the flash this week so enjoy!
btw its only 30 second logo animation, not anything significant

p.s. If my flash isn't blammed and you end up seeing it please offer some critique, I have a guide on flash, but It only covers basics and not some of the more advanced techniques. I know some people just tell attention grabbing noobs to fuck off, but I'm interested in becoming better, I don't want to just spam the site with crap (even though that will get blammed anyway). When I get a tablet I want to start some longer ones.

any of you do flash?
I was hoping I could learn how to use masks to create the effect of the picture drawing itself. For example making a floral pattern "grow" out of the ground. Its easy for straight lines, but I don't know how to make the mask curve with the lines.

well I had a really busy week, so i started working on it some more on friday. Its almost done but I'm struggling to animate the water in it, I can't find a way to make it look natural.

It might actually not come out for a while, I've got a lot of crap to do. I'll try to make some headway this weekend though, glad your interested, but fyi its more of a logo animation for myself, no story or anything. It has some effects and thats about it

try to see it before its blammed :P
